Hi,
got serious issues on my website: https://geoflange.com
– No WPML working
– No menu working (it should show a menu on socket but those menu items are now on main menu…)
– some widgets disappearedGot Enfold 4.3.2
WP 4.9.6See in private content the debug.log report.
Thanks.May 22, 2018 at 2:10 pm #960360Hi,
It seems like folders are merged and not replaced. Please go to /wp-content/themes/enfold via FTP and delete it and then upload Enfold once again – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/
Cheers!
YigitMay 22, 2018 at 2:44 pm #960377hi,
did it but didn’t fix.
If I switch to Enfold father, it doesn’t show any customization or logos.
The debug.log report looks even bigger. See in private content.
Thanks.May 22, 2018 at 2:50 pm #960379May 22, 2018 at 3:36 pm #960388Here you are.
Thanks.May 22, 2018 at 7:55 pm #960496Hi,
Your website loads fine on my end. I could not see any issue on folder structure as well. I believe re-installing the theme helped. Can you please review your website and let us know if you need further assistance?
Best regards,
YigitMay 23, 2018 at 8:08 am #960669No, it doesn’t.
1) There is no WPML selection on front end.
2) There’s no menu on socket (there should be Cookies and Privacy links but they’re on main menu under header).
3) widgets on footer and sidebar are messed upMay 23, 2018 at 10:53 am #960722After updating to Enfold 4.4 nothing changed.
May 23, 2018 at 11:00 am #960724And debug.log is getting worse.
May 23, 2018 at 4:59 pm #960959Still need support.
Thanks.May 23, 2018 at 9:55 pm #961242Hi,
Please delete the theme from your FTP and update it again.
Let us know if that would solve the problem.Best regards,
BasilisMay 24, 2018 at 8:52 am #961380Done (third time I’ve done it).
I fixed manually the widgets missing, but default sidebar keeps on displaying content it shouldn’t do.
See in private content de debug.log report.
Thanks.May 28, 2018 at 5:32 am #962928Hi,
The error “av_countdown_events_fallback” means that there are duplicated files inside the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder. Did you update the theme manually? Please remove the duplicated files in the said folder or delete the whole parent theme first before uploading the new version.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 28, 2018 at 8:20 am #962963Actually I’ve already deleted and installed the parent theme manually.
I can’t see duplicated files on my ftp.
How can I find them?May 30, 2018 at 1:22 pm #964206Hi,
I don’t think that’s an issue anymore because you’ve deleted the parent theme previously. Did you try to reconfigure the theme options after the update? Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can could check the W P M L, widgets and socket settings.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 30, 2018 at 1:52 pm #964225Hi,
yes I HAD TO reconfigure the theme options and widget because they were messed up.
Now the website looks good apparently but the debud.log keeps reporting many errors.June 3, 2018 at 7:45 pm #966212Hi,
How can I see the debud.log?
Is that only for your server?Best regards,

June 4, 2018 at 11:12 am #966444Hi,
In debug.log i can see warnings related to your database and memory error.
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
YigitJune 5, 2018 at 8:17 am #967039Actually, it’s already 256M.
June 5, 2018 at 10:06 am #967100Hi,

June 5, 2018 at 12:44 pm #967194Hi,
“https redirection” plugin seems to be the culprit. Please de-activate it or contact plugin authors.
Best regards,
