My website has some courses for user to apply. I made an apply button on each course detail page. What I want to do is when user click on the apply button, it will go to another page with a contact form and auto fill the course name into the form.

Is there any way I can pass parameter(s) to another page using the button element or something else?

    Hi boscotwcheung!

That would take a lot of scripting and would have to be considered custom work. I don’t know of any plugin that has this functionality so it would probably be best to hire a freelancer to help you out.

    Best regards,

I found this plugin which is close to what I wanted: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-dynamic-text-extension

However, when I enable this plugin, the enfold advanced layout editor is not able to loaded with the error “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)”

It may be the plugin’s problem, but maybe I should post here as well.

    Hey!

Sorry about the plugin not working, unfortunately I don’t have any tips to give you either. Hope you find something that will fit your needs.
