    I don’t understand why the captions are not displayed when hovering over images of my Partner/Logo Element.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The problem is that if I update your theme I lose my footer which was customized by a PHP developer who is no longer available to me :-/
    When updating to 4.9.2.1 I lose the widget areas that allowed me to place my custom content.

    Hi Jean-Christophe,

    You will need to replace header.php and footer.php in your child theme after you have updated to the latest version of the theme. After that, you can move the customisations back in to the same files.
