SuperhubApril 28, 2015 at 10:13 pm #436413Hi sigifinsrl!
I’m sorry but I’m not really sure I understand. Your trying to have each slide text separated into pages? I don’t think that would be possible. Go ahead and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

ElliottApril 29, 2015 at 10:21 am #436565Sure Elliot!
We have very long posts so we are trying to use the code <!–nextpage–> to split the post into multiple pages.
Did you disable this function?
This is the result we would like to obtain:Best
SuperhubApril 29, 2015 at 11:21 am #436586I investigated a little bit and it appears that Enfold disables the wp_link_pages core function. Am I correct?
Is there a way to swap the function back in the theme?

I see, you will need to use that in the default editor. It’s not available in the layout builder.
Cheers!
ElliottFebruary 13, 2018 at 2:52 pm #911709Hello!
I have created a page with the default editor and used the <!––nextpage––> tag. Now the content just ends at this tag but there is no pagination (1 2 3 4…) displayed to get to the next page. What went wrong? Thanks

VictoriaFebruary 13, 2018 at 7:08 pm #911855Hi,
none of the links helped. The first one’s Exaple seems not to refere to the actual enfold theme, maybe because the post is from 2012.
The second link did not help as well. Meybe because it is talking about another theme.
I am using the Enfold Theme. Thanks
FelixFebruary 15, 2018 at 2:10 am #912564Hi,
Did you switch to the advance layout builder? The <!––nextpage––> tag will only work in the default editor.

February 16, 2018 at 10:05 pm #913402Hi,
If you want to paginate the text you would need to use a plugin, as that is not WordPress functionality.

BasilisFebruary 21, 2018 at 5:30 pm #915573Hi,
interessting that you are saying that, because I found this on WordPress Codex:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Pagination
Saying: “…WordPress has the ability to split a single post, or a list of posts, into multiple pages for “paged” navigation….”
And this describing the Functionality:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_link_pagesThanks
FelixFebruary 21, 2018 at 8:59 pm #915699Hi,
Yes, that is pagination but not Text Pagination.
If you want to brake one page to multiple paginated for the same page text, you need an other way of functionality so it can be achived.Best regards,
