Hi,
my site looks fine in both desktop and tablet views but when I look at the site on my iPhone 5s the sub pages show the text as one long column of one or two words. Any suggestions please?May 25, 2018 at 2:08 pm #962128Hey gsmackie,
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
And please specify the pages where it is happening.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 25, 2018 at 2:19 pm #962133Thank you for your help.
I can’t see an option to attach a screen shot. How do I do that?
May 27, 2018 at 3:45 pm #962783Hi gsmackie,
You can upload a screenshot to a service like Dropbox and give us the links here.
Please specify the page with the issue as well.

Thank you.
Can you disable caching and minification for now?

VictoriaMay 30, 2018 at 1:02 pm #964188Hi Victoria,
as far as I can see, the only cache plugin I have is W3 Total Cache which was already disabled and I can’t find the magnification one.

May 30, 2018 at 2:50 pm #964283Hi,
I can’t find the word “art”, “grafitti” or “vandalism” in the home page. Did you remove those text? Please upgrade the theme from 4.2.6 to 4.4 then update the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 30, 2018 at 3:58 pm #964336Hi Ismael,
The screenshot I sent you doesn’t relate t to the home page. The problems are not showing on the Home, About Us, Contact, Blog or FAQ pages but only on the sub pages of the Services page. For some unknown reason I am unable to update to the latest version. I have another issue running with yourselves trying to resolve that. I have tried to update from WP desktop, using FTP and the server File Manager. All without success.
June 4, 2018 at 3:34 am #966274Hi,
Thanks for the update.
This css code should help with the first issue. It’s going to adjust the columns’ default padding on mobile view.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .container .av-content-small, .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column, .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin { padding: 0 20px 0 20px !important; } }
Regarding the “update issue”, these links might help.
