    Hi all,

    I’m using enfold 4.9.2.1 on my website, but it is stuck on loading screen for every page. I’ve tried updating the PHP to a more recent version (from 7.4 to 8.0) but with no success.

    Can you help me solve this issue?

    Sure! I also realised that saving changes in Enfold Theme Options doesn’t work.

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.0.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    The server people say you might be blocked, can you send me (privately) the IP where you are accessing it from?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The server error logs doesn’t really give any clues unfortunately, do you have a more extensive one maybe?

    If you unblock the countries in private, then all moderators should be able to access your site. Note that I had no problems on the first try, but it started after I’d been on the site for a couple of minutes or so.

    Hi scitation,

    I tried to check on the issue as well and I could see this issue: (I replaced the URL)
    https://website.com/?avia_forced_reroute=1 404 (Not Found)
    I have changed Custom Error 404 Page (in Theme Options) from Redirect to selected page to No 404 custom page selected (the only change made on your site)
    However after checking further, I get this error:
    This site can’t be reached
    and can’t seem to access your site again, please check.

    Hi Nikko and Rikard,

    Thank you very much for your help.
    It turned out it was the ‘ModSecurity’ in the cpanel that needed to be disabled in order for the changes to be saved. It fixed everything.
