Page/Post Editor and Image Upload Not Working

I’ve found threads with similar issues, but none of them seemed to solve my issue. I have three things happening:

1. When I try to add a new post or page, I can add a title, but I can’t edit the content at all. Clicking Advanced Layout Editor does nothing. Clicking in the content box does nothing. Trying to switch between Visual and Text does nothing. It’s like the page doesn’t work at all.

2. When I click on an already existing page or post, it shows the Advanced Layout Template at the top, but I still can’t click anything or make edits to the post. There’s a swirling circle where the page/post content should go.

3. When I click on Featured Image, instead of opening a pop-up like it usually does, it goes to the image page in the same tab (no popup, just leaves the page/post editor to go there). I can upload images but I can’t add them to the page/post or as featured images.
