    Hey KDauber,

Which version of php are you running?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

We are running 5.4.45. When I click on the alert about updating it takes me to a website where it says that everything is up to date.

I’ve provided log-in info below. The page I’m trying to update is the “food menu” page. On the editing side it shows all of the Avia builder elements but when I go to update it says that the page cannot be found/our website on that page is currently blank. And certain elements when I click or if I try to create a template it says that there’s an error fetching,

    Hi,

The PHP version you are running is not supported by WordPress or the theme unfortunately, please update it through your hosting provider. We recommend 7.1 or higher.

    Best regards,

Hello– we got the PHP updated as well as WP is now updated to 5.2.

Still having the same issue– am only able to make changes in the classic editor. Avia Builder makes changes on the editing side, but when I go to preview or update it shows an error.

    Please advise.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I see that you are using Enfold v3.6 with WordPress v5.2.1, this version of Enfold is not WordPress v5 ready.
Please update your theme manually via ftp to v4.5.7
Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder “enfold” first (via FTP) then upload the new “enfold” folder at /wp-content/themes/enfold/
Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind and cause errors.

    Best regards,
    Mike
