    Hi there,

    I have a problem with my page editor not loading,
    I have tried reinstalling the theme,
    deactivating all plugins
    and refreshing cache,
    But no joy.

    Can you please assist?

    This has been a know in issue in the past generally related to OptimizePress. Please refer to the following:

    Hi Jordan,

    Neither of these workarounds have fixed the issue.
    Nothing works on the editor page at all and I get the same issue whether the Optimizepress pluggin is active or inactive.

    I can’t select screen options, change URLs or save any pages?

    Weird!

    I have deleted the plugin, cleared the cache but the page loader will still not load.

    Hi Greg,

    Which version of php are you running? Looks like you’re using an old version of the theme. Please, make sure you’re running at least php 5.6.3.

    I managed to sort the problem. It was indeed an old version of the theme so an update cured the issue.
