Page creator does not load

I tried re-uploading the theme but it did not help. Can we try de-activate plugins temporarily for testing purposes? :)

Thanks! I de-activated them but that did not help. I wanted to enable debugging mode for ALB by adding following code to functions.php file

//set builder mode to debug
add_action('avia_builder_mode', "builder_set_debug");
function builder_set_debug()
{
  return "debug";
}

but saving did not work.

Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can edit the file via FTP? :)

Hi mauro_gallone,

I’m very sorry for the late reply. We’ve been trying to find the problem on your site, but we haven’t been able to find the cause unfortunately. It’s most likely that it’s a server setting, which is causing a 404 error on the file private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can help you out further please?
