Hey Ismael,
as I understand it, you have to install such a revision tool first, right? Are backups of the various work steps automatically created that I can fall back on? I honestly don’t understand what I have to do now. I hadn’t made that many changes yet, just want to know what happened and how to fix it. I really need your help and precise description of what to do.
So how exactly can I access my last work steps now?

If necessary, I would also reinstall the demo if there is no other solution and you tell me how to do it. But I would like to know how something like this can happen, the font has also changed etc., maybe it’s also because of the new WP and it’s happening again? How can I avoid this?

PS: I bought a theme from Austria and have not yet received a German answer to a single support request that I have created (also in German), which would make the work much easier.

first of all thanks for your help. However, the changes did not solve the problem, because unfortunately the site still doesn’t look like the demo site. The typeface is completely different (also on sites that I didn’t change) and even within a headline, part was bold and part normal also this also changed. Unfortunately, all these templates have been destroyed. If I were to continue working with it, I would have to check and compare the demo theme at every single point, since apparently a major change has taken place.

Although the vendor said 10 changes are active in the revisions, apparently that wasn’t the case, right? Otherwise you could have just taken 3 steps back? I still don’t understand what happened either. I haven’t changed any of the settings, how can the entire site be so broken? Please tell me what the cause was, are there any bugs on the site?

Luckily I haven’t worked on the website for that long, but does that mean I have to reload the demo site? And if so, can you guys help me with that so that there is a clean solution? I’m really running out of time now and need to be sure I’m working on a demo that works and isn’t always broken.
And it mustn’t be that I can’t use certain options (transparent header) so that there is no destruction on the site. I want to be able to use all of the functions and editors etc.

what did you do to make the revisions visible that weren’t even visible to me? Up to now the revisions weren’t even visible to me and I didn’t want to destroy what you changed so I didn’t do anything with the revisions yet.

Unfortunately I don’t know my way around well enough. Can you restore the old version per revisions? Would you then be able to tell from the fact that the font looks tidy again and the logo looks reasonable (that had changed to something else after the crash). The header should of course be with transparency – like in the demo.

3-On the subject of language: unfortunately it doesn’t make sense for me to write in German if I don’t get a German answer anyway, and that was 100% the case so far. :-( I had already written that.

1 | since the support, who wanted to help to delete the demo, unfortunately didn’t get back to me, I had to do the reset myself. That’s probably why the user set up (for Enfold Support) has disappeared (the reset!). I’ve set it up again now (private content).

I changed the font to Lato. Unfortunately, you can’t see for yourself what to do when you change a styling in the original demo. I’m actually assuming that the typography will not change, just the colors, but the look has changed completely when you switch to “splash green”.
Last time I even thought it blew up the whole demo because the typo looked so bad.

2 | Another problem is the logo, which is displayed incorrectly on the pages, only correct on the home page. It only changes when scrolling. What’s going on and how can I fix the error in the system?

I actually just wanted to change the colors, more green, because it corresponds to my client’s CI. (#a4ce22)
I will probably then have to change all the green tones accordingly in the styling settings.
The font should remain the same as in the restaurant demo.

I am still interested in the following elements from the Health demo, how could I implement them?

1)
4 color areas next to each other with no gap in between Demo Health

Is this possible with 4 color sections and can I put them next to each other without a gap?

2)
I also like the color of this green footer (also Demo Health), but I’m not sure yet whether that will be too much green. ;-)

Thanks for the help. The screenshots were actually set to stay on the server for 4 days, strange that they didn’t work. Which website do you use to upload pictures or generate a link?
