    Hi the page builder on my website is not working ,
    I Currently have Version: 4.5

    all my plugins are updated, and also my theme
    already tried deactivating the plugins one by one and still not working pleae help

    Hey wahinegaret,

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

    Enfold 4.5 was not built to work with the Gutenberg editor and so you need to use a higher version.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please try deactivating the Classic Editor plugin as you don’t need it in the current version of the theme. If that doesn’t help then please disable all other plugins as well to see what happens then. If that doesn’t change anything either then please activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes so that we can copy the content of the problem page to a new page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. You could also try activating the parent theme to see if the problem is coming from your child theme.

    Hi already did what you told. but still not working, the builder is just all over the place. tried deactivating the plugins, activated the parent theme.
    and did the debug mode, still not fix. please help

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please try to completely remove all the theme files, then upload a clean version of the theme to see if that helps. Make sure that you have backups of the site before attempting this. Also, are we allowed to disable plugins temporarily on your site?

    Hi! yes you can close or deactivate plugins, I already uploaded a clean version via http://FTP.. Deleted the old files, now its showing an error, please check

    I think maybe im using the child theme? but everything was okay while i was using the child theme, but when i updated the theme, everything is broken.

    Hi guys! i already gave you the log in on my site, can you check it? manually uploaded the updated theme already, via FTP, still the builder is not working

    already deactivated the plugins 1 by 1, uninstalled the gutenberg builder.
    check my PHP Version on my hosting.

    Still i cant get the builder working. please help.

    Hi i added the access on the private content, please help out and check, i just noticed its no working only on the homepage.

    already deactivated the plugins, uploaded a fresh copy of the theme, uploaded it via FTP.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details and update. I tried activating the parent and deactivating the all plugins, but the problem is still happening. It’s only happening on some pages though, like on the home page. I see that you have removed debug mode, would it be ok if we activated it so that we can copy the content over to a test page?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the admin login and ftp access. I found that your page has a broken html tree, that is your “code block” element with the Mailerlite form seems to have unclosed tags that is braking the page.
    Since you have the Avia Layout Builder Debugger enabled I was able to copy most of the page shortcode, without the code block, and create a test page.
    The test page seems correct on the frontend and the backend is editable.
    Please carefully check the test page elements as they are without the code block element to ensure they are correct, then if you link to the code you wish to add to the code block element I can check it for you and add it.

    After we are able to update the test page to the way it should be we can delete your broken page.
