    Hi,

    I have updated the theme but the the page builder content is not displaying.
    I have tried with another browser. But not working on another browser too.

    And also google map element is also not working on the contact page.

    Will you please help me to fix this problem.

    Regarding the google map element, Kriesi is working on an update, so that can be fixed.
    Regarding your issue with ALB, it is not working at any page?

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and re-updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I have deactivated all the plugin and updated the theme using cpanel file manager. Still not working :(

    Hi,

    We deactivated the plugins and the builder starts to work again. Please activate the plugins one at a time to find the conflict.
