Hello,
unfortunately the page-anchors are not working correctly on mobile devices. That is, the anchors do not jump to the correct position. It has nothing to do with the version of the theme as the demo suffers from the same problem…
I have been waiting for a solution for many months, see this URLJune 4, 2017 at 6:51 pm #803664Hey Chris2234,
I have reviewed the above issue, and from what I understand the question was about link anchors jumping to the correct position in mobile view, this demo url was referenced: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-consulting/#contact
Yet when I test this url the anchors work as expected. Do you have a url to your site that does not work as expected?Best regards,

thanks for your reply. I attached the URL below. Many thanks for your efforts.

ChrisJune 7, 2017 at 10:24 pm #805334Hi,
It might not have any relation with the version of the theme for you, but for us, it is a Support Policy that our clients run on the latest version, so we can be able to assist properly for them.
We do hope you understand and update.

BasilisJune 8, 2017 at 12:11 pm #805541Can I update safely without loosing all the customisations?
June 8, 2017 at 1:04 pm #805553Hi,
If you did the customizations through the Enfold Options, or if you used an Enfold Child theme, your customizations would not be lost.
Please check this page for more informtion: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

SarahJune 8, 2017 at 1:41 pm #805569The thing is that the same situation occurred before (see here). I was asked to update which I did but since then the problem has not been solved despite the fact that I followed up many times. Now you ask me to update again without having solved the issue previously. Based on this experience, I doubt that updating will make a difference this time. However, I will follow you advice and I will update again but I also expect that the problem will be solved this time…
June 10, 2017 at 9:08 pm #806371Hi,
I tested the url you gave in the Private Content area, and the page anchor’s are working well for me in Chrome & Firefox for Android. What device and browser are you experiencing the issue on?Best regards,
MikeJune 10, 2017 at 11:59 pm #806430Hi Mike,
many thanks for your reply. The links are neither working on android nor on the iphone (I’m using chrome on android and my customer faces the same issue on the iphone). This has already been confirmed multiple times by you colleagues as the problem exists for more than 6 months! Moreover, the problem is not only present on mobile devices but also under windows in chrome and other browsers. If you minimize the window to a width of 400px and try the link again you will see that it is not pointing to the appropriate position.
Cheers,

June 14, 2017 at 5:34 am #807766Hi,
I closed the previous thread because it’s almost 3 pages long and the moderators will have a hard time reviewing the thread. Again, I checked your installation and it’s still using version 3.8. We won’t be able to help you further unless you update to the latest version, 4.0.7.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 28, 2017 at 12:46 pm #813778Hi Ismael,
you already asked me to update before remember? If not, see here However, even though I updated after your previous request (which cost me a lot of time because I made many customisations) the problem was never solved!
Now you ask me to update again. I will do so but it will cost me again many hours of work. Can you guarantee that the issue will be solved this time or is this just a strategy to postpone the support again???
Cheers,
