    The Church Secretary received the following email saying “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue due to OptinMonster API plug-in”.
    I don’t know exactly what OptinMonster API plug-in is, and that we are even using it. I don’t believe we are.
    The Church Secretary and the Pastors are not able to sign into the Admin area any longer. Not sure if this plug-in error is the reason that they can’t connect anymore to the admin area.

    I (creator of the church website) can still access the wordpress admin area. (But for how long… not sure, need to get this fixed for them).
    But don’t know the reason why they can’t access the admin area.

    Could you take a look and see what is going on with the OptinMonster API plug-in, and why it might be stopping them from accessing the site or see if something else is happening.

    Could someone please take a look at my issue?
    Not sure why all of a sudden we have the plug-in “OptinMonster”, and why it is giving us problems.
    Some of the church staff is not able to access the website because of it.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Sorry for the problem. Could you include WordPress admin login details in private as well please? We might need FTP login details as well, so please include that in private too.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please try to deactivate the Optinmonster plugin, if that is the cause of the problem then please reach out to the plugin developers for further help.
