    Hi
    I have one page that doesn’t open on mobiles. The sub pages open fine. If i turn iPad/tablet to landscape then it opens but it won’t open on phone and portrait position on iPad/tablet. I’ve tried deactivating plugins and empty caches but doesn’t work. The page does have progress bars on it so not sure if thats the problem.

    Hi AnjiG,

    It looks fine on my end using iphone4/chrome, what browser/phone are you getting this problem on? Make sure that you clear your browser cache before viewing the page.

    I’m using Safari iPad/iphone6. Cleared everything still not working. Could it be a problem with the menu bar?It works fine in landscape – the menu/nav bar is visible but in portrait and on phones it isn’t and that is when it doesn’t work.

    Hi!

    May we have a screenshot of the about us page on your phone in both landscape and portrait orientations?

    Just in case this is the issue you are experiencing: The about us page won’t link normally because on mobile the link will work as a toggle for the sub menu unless the link is long pressed and opened in a new tab.

    I’m happy to send screenshots but yes it is exactly how you say…the About Us page working as a toggle for the sub menu. Is there a way of getting around this so that when you press “About Us” it just opens up rather than having to long press?

    not sure what you mean, because your about us page is showing fine on my htc mobile device. Did you check on another phone as well?

What I’m asking is…is there anyway to change this so that About Us opens like the other menu items rather than long press and open a new tab?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply. Please make sure that the Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items is not checked under Enfold–>Header–Mobile Menu.
