Liebes Enfold-Support-Team,

VictoriaMay 28, 2018 at 1:45 pm #963182Hello Victoria,
thank you for your message and the offered solution. Unfortunately altering the slideshow.js in the way explained does not work for me (I already found this post and tried the solution before I posted my question because I thought there might have been a new solution).
Do you have any other recommendations?Thank you very much and best regards,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Thank you for the update.
We need access to the theme files. Please enable the Appearance > Editor panel. Did you purge the cache and re-minify the scripts after adding the above fix?

I am having the same issue on the home page slider. What is the definitive solution? Please advise.
Thank you,
TimJune 7, 2018 at 7:29 am #968208Hi Tim,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Best regards,
RikardJune 7, 2018 at 9:24 am #968303Dear Rikard,
Negative. I just updated, but I’m still getting the Object object error on iPhone 5 and iPhone 7+.
Other ideas?
Cheers,
TimJune 7, 2018 at 1:02 pm #968720Dear Support,
yes I purged the cache and re-minified after altering the scripts.
In the meantime I also updated to 4.4.1 but like Tim I still get the same error on mobile devices.Hoping for a solution.
Thanks and Cheers,

TimJune 10, 2018 at 10:51 am #970715Hi hypergolica,
Did you disable the slider on the homepage? I only see the masonry. Can you please make a test page just with the slider with the issue?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 10, 2018 at 11:49 am #970733Dear Victoria,
My apologies. I gave you the wrong credentials. Please see below.

IsmaelJune 14, 2018 at 9:39 am #972718Dear Ismael,
Thank you for the fix!
Question: this was a modification to a theme file, correct? Meaning, I can change the video if I need to, right?
Please advise.
Thanks again.
TimJune 15, 2018 at 2:42 pm #973336Hi hypergolica,
Yes, you can change the videos.
Glad you got it working for you! :)

VictoriaJune 16, 2018 at 3:12 am #973500Dear Victoria,
Negative. I just switched the video and now the slider is broken.
I’ve kept it in the slider so you can see… but it is the last slide, not the first.
Note: to debug this I cleared caches, tried different browsers, and even deleted the slide and then put it back. Nothing fixed it.
Please advise ASAP.
Thank you.
TimJune 17, 2018 at 12:11 pm #973871Dear Support,
My apologies for insisting, but I really need to get this fixed.
As I mentioned above, I switched the video, but I now get a “playback error” on my desktop computer. Screenshot linked below.
Please advise as soon as you can.
Thank you,
TimJune 17, 2018 at 4:24 pm #973923Hi Tim,
Tha error comes from Youtube. Did you use a correct link?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 17, 2018 at 5:58 pm #973953Victoria,
Right you are!
I fixed it by putting a different video… then putting back the old one.
No idea what caused the problem.
Case closed. Thanks again.
Cheers,
