    good morning, sorry for my English, I’m from Spain, could somebody help me with this notice error:

    Notice: Undefined variable: alt in /home/xmxqmyfd/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/includes/slider_markup_html.php on line 163

    It’s produced inserting a 11,5 Mb mp4 video in a slider created with free version of LayerSlider WP

    My PHP Version is PHP 7.2 (ea-php72)

    Good afternoon,

    This is the new error in may web, today, Server PHP Version 7.3

    Gateway Timeout

    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Can you help me ?

    Please for updates in m¡y WP panel – Them Update – Enfold , a message appears

    Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Following errors occured:

    Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Could you give me feed back i bought the theme in Jan 2019, i thought that the version update was automatically but i have the 4.5.3

    How can i obtain the last Version: 4.6.2 ?

    Please refer to this on how to register your theme and how to generate a token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. I would advice you to reach out to your hosting provider about the server errors you are getting.
