Needing help with support that I can’t access in my account

    #1066676

    Hey,

    Thanks for contacting us!

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version, preferably to 7.x.

You can register to our support forum using your purchase code here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and then start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post :)

    Regards,

I have had hosting provider (flywheel) update php to 7.2. It was already 7.1. This did nothing to fix the issue. All of my pages when trying to edit are throwing this code.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tlcttoo() (previously declared in /www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/css/jfduzvyc.php:2) in /www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/css/jfduzvyc.php on line 2

Everything was working fine and then all of the sudden it wasn’t. Please help. This client is requesting updates to pages that I can’t access and they are not being understanding that their site can’t be updated.

    Hi Jody,

Are you getting this error when you are trying to update? I’m asking since your site is loading fine on my end. If you are getting this problem when updating then please try to completely delete the theme, then upload the new version as usual. Please make sure you have backups of the site before updating.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Jody,

File mentioned in error, jfduzvyc.php, is not part of Enfold. Please delete the file.

    Cheers!
