You did send me this link for a pre sale question, but I already bought the Enfold theme. I have a question.

I am having problems with the standard contact form from Enfold.
My costumers can fill in the forms, but when they click on “send” nothing happends. On your website I found this:3. Deactivate Plugins
If you see the contact form “Send” button is not responding then it could be that a plugin is causing a JavaScript conflict on the page. Deactivate all plugins and try again.

The only difference is that I haven’t updated the Wordfence Security, the WP Fastest Cache and the WP Smush Pro yet on the website that is still working. Perhaps the problem is in one of these plugins?
But will this happen every time I update this plugin? Because than I better use a different form without this problem.Please advise me what to do!

I have found the problem. Where people have to fill in their name (which is obliged) I have given the option “not empty”. But somehow this changed into “correct emailaddress” on all my forms. I have changed it back, but how do I know this won’t happen again?

Glad you figured it out!
When adding contact form into your page, you can simply click on the fields and make sure they are correctly set :)
