Hi this is a new website.
I have latest version of WordPress installed,
I have reloaded latest theme via FTP.
I have deactivated all plug in and still I don’t have a WYSIWYG editor on pages or posts.
I have checked on different browsers and same, on WYSIWYG editor
    Help please

    Hey Dave!

Hmm, that’s weird. I see it fine when I login to your site. Did you get it sorted? Try clearing your browser cache.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hi Elliott
I have tried deleting cache, still have an issue with not showing normal WYSIWYG Editor, I have used other computers and still the same.
I have gone to another website with the same theme and no issue (attached screen shot of what I normally expect).
However the Editor on this post is not the normal one I expect to see either. (see screen shot)
    Any help would be grateful.

    Hi!

I’m also seeing the full editor on multiple devices like Ellliot:

Just to be sure please clear both your website and browser cache.

    Cheers!

    Hi Guys
I have wasted so much time with this theme and would like to know why
I have checked it on 6 different computers and different browsers.
Please explain why that when log in as me i get the problem & if I log in as the other user (original) I sent it looks normal.
    Why is this so?

    Hi!

Do you have the Visual Editor disabled in Dashboard > Users > Your Profile? Send us your login so we can take a look.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

For some reason checking the box under user profile to DISABLE the visual editor makes it work.
If you leave to UNCHECKED the visual editor breaks.

I’m guessing someone at WordPress got the checkbox the wrong way round :)

I’ve had the same problem so disabled plugins, fluched cache, did fresh install of WP, fresh theme. The only thing that worked was checking the button.
Try it both checked and unchecked see if ti makes a difference
