    Hello, We recognize a problem to display a Videoslide on Tablets and mobiles. On Desktp all is working fine.
    We have made 4 diffrent Slideres for every resolution. We have also tested with the main movie in diffrent resolutions based on the Screen size.
    But every time we only see a Black screen with the Text and the Button . No Failback Image ( also set a Failbackimage in the Mobile section.

    Hey Kinga0001,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Video sliders are disabled on mobile devices by default. You have to add a fall back image in place of those videos. If you can’t see the fall back image, try to upgrade the theme to version 4.5. The latest version contains a bug fix for the sliders.

    Yes of course. But the set up Fallback image wil not show and the fallback image link is not upcoming. So It is not working.

    It was also neede to manual update the theme. The message was no vali url was given….

    Hi,

    The site is not loading properly. Please try to upgrade the theme via FTP because the old version is still using the deprecated version of the Envato API.

    As i wrote this reply i have allready manual updatet the theme.. The complete rest of it works well it is only the full layer slider.

    Where did you add the layer slider? I can’t find it in the “home-movie” page. Please create a test page and provide a screenshot.

    Thanks for the update. The video is playing properly on my end but it takes a while to load because it’s 8MB.

    It’s probably not playing on your end because of the new autoplay policy.

    Chrome’s autoplay policies are simple:

    Muted autoplay is always allowed.
    Autoplay with sound is allowed if:
    User has interacted with the domain (click, tap, etc.).
    On desktop, the user’s Media Engagement Index threshold has been crossed, meaning the user has previously play video with sound.
    On mobile, the user has [added the site to their home screen].
    Top frames can delegate autoplay permission to their iframes to allow autoplay with sound.

    Try to mute the video.

    ¨Hy sorry for the late answer.

    the Problem is not on Desktop Version. It is only upcomming on Mobile .. The Fallback Immage is not displayed and there is no Fallback link. The link itself it is set in the backend.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
