    Howdy,
I get the following message when trying to update the theme:
An error occurred updating Enfold: Update package not available.
This happens with two websites I build for clients.

Personal token should be okay with both websites, that’s the response: We checked your key on ….. and were able to connect to Envato and got the following information:

Before I try to update, I see this:
    Update available!
A new version ( 4.8.8.1) of your Parent Theme (Enfold) is available! You are using version 4.8.6.2.

    What is wrong ?
    Don’t have any idea.
    Thanks for supporting me.

Hi, I sent you user + pass for temporay admin access some days before.
Didn’t get any answer till yet, but I need one.
I’m using enfold several times for paying customers.
I am currently developing 2 websites.
These are the subdomains for testing:

Both websites have the same problem with updating the theme as described before.
See temporary admin login in private content section below – same for the two URI’s.
    Thanks for supporting me

    Hi,

It looks like you haven’t given the correct permissions to the token you are using, please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

    Best regards,

Hi Rikard, thanks for the tip.
That was exactly why I could not update the themes.
It seems that I randomly selected the correct checkboxes for the first 8 registrations, now the wrong ones for the ninth and tenth Enfold Theme I bought.
I’ve never thought about false permissions during registration until now and so I had no idea what could be wrong.
    Thanks for supporting me.

    Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the update, so everything is working as it should now then?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
yes, you are correct. I was able to update Enfold on both installations after correcting the permissions
with the already set up personal tokens (Envato).
Thanks a lot for supporting me.
