    Purchased theme May 20, 2020. Installed on GoDaddy Managed WordPress. Running WP v5.4.1, PHP 7.3, theme v4.7.5, also using the child theme supplied, and I installed the demo content for Church. Currently the social icons, search icon and line separator icons are not showing up, only a box outline in their place. I’ve tried several of the fixes before the latest theme update with no success.

    Hey bdouglas,

    The font file is being blocked by the browser since it’s being served from a different URL than your site, please see private. Would you be able to not serve that file from the CDN service you are using? You could also try this solution to see if it helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes-

    Tried adding the the code to the .htaccess file, but it had no effect. Disabling the CDN did worked. Thanks.

    I just purchased the theme and on going live with godaddy I the icons have disappeared and are not showing as strange boxes. Please help…

    Hi costadesigns,

    GoDaddy has its own CDN and there the appropriate header is not served so the icons are blocked. You can disable the CDN or write to the hosting provider about the issue.
