Hello, I am on Enfold version 4.5.2 and I see that there are already new versions out there… I never received any update message for new versions.
Also, when I check for updates in my WordPress dashboard there is no message that there is a new Enfold version.
What can be wrong here? thank you :)

Did you generate a token and did you add it to the backend of the theme?

Thanks for that, I don’t see the update indication either when I check manually. I’m thinking that you security plugin might be blocking the call to Envato, could you try disabling that to see if it makes any difference please?

Hello, I have disbaled Wordfence and it still doesn’t work. I then also disabled all plugins and still no Enfold update.
How to proceed?

So what you basicly are saying is that this issue can not be solved and I am not able to use the automatic update function in Enfold…?September 24, 2019 at 5:51 pm #1141484
Yes, like it is said there not all hosting providers allow that function, unfortunately. Have you tried steps suggested there?

I notioced today that on 1 of my Enfold websites the automatic update function is working fine, on antoher website it’s not working. Both websites are on the same webhost, even on the samne server, and share the same plugins.
So it seems the problem is not related to the webhost?October 10, 2019 at 9:01 pm #1146942
