Dear Support Team,
I guess after updating to the new woocommerce version there are several product categories, which do not show up the articles anymore. The widget shows the number of entries and the product table in the backend lists all belongin articles. But if one links to the product category page no articles show up. In addition there ar some categories which only show a small bnumber of articles but not all.
This is no general problem, it only occurs in some categories. The new enfold version, wordpress, woocommerce and woocommerce de are all installed.
I’m quite confused. Do you have any idea or similiar cases concerning this problem?
Thank you very much

Thank you for the info but the login credentials are not working. Please check. Which categories are not showing the articles?

that’s what I did. But still no articles appear in the category view (e.g. “retro”).
Best regards

Having tested and resolved the issue last time, I now believe it might be a plugin conflict. From what I note there are new plugins installed.
Try disabling all third-party plugins to see if the issue gets fixed. 90% of the time, issues are caused by conflicting code from third party plugins. Disabling these plugins one by one and checking if this helps sort the issue helps pin-point the exact source of the issue.

thank you very much for your efforts and time spending on solving a problen which does not directly belong to theme related questions. This is what makes you and your themes a real recommendation: the excellent support!
And of course you were right. It was a plugin which caused the problem.
Best regards
