    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I have taken over the maintenance of a homepage (Word Press with Enfold Theme 4.0.5).
    Since no access data for the theme was given to me or the homepage owner and can also no longer be requested, a theme update is not possible.
    Can you determine from the homepage address (www.ferienhaus-muschelstüvchen.de) whether there is an account for it with you and who the owner is?
    If there is an account, could I get the access data?

    If there are no access data or they cannot be assigned to the homepage, do I have to buy the theme again?
    I ask for a short reply.

    Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine the owner of the website by their domain. I searched our forums to see if the owner has contacted us and shared that link, but it seems like they did not.

    If you do not have an access to ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme, you would need to purchase it again to be able to update the theme.

    Hello, I bought the theme new. Where do I get the API code for the updates now? I guess the screenshot from the theme version 4.0.5 is not valid anymore, because my profile at ThemeForest (Envato Market) looks different. Thanks!

    Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. Since you are currently using 4.0.5, you would need to manually update the theme first. Then, personal token would work.
