I have multiple instances of Enfold running on different sites. When I went to update I’m getting the following message Error updating Enfold cURL Error 6 could not resolve host marketplace-downloads.customer.envatousercontent.com. This is happening in more than just one instant. I contacted Envato support who informed me they were “Just like Ebay” and that it wasn’t their problem. Please advise how I can get these updates in place?

We apologize for the incovenience, there might be some connectivity issues between the sites you have and envato, but there other factors which prevents it from working properly.
However, if you are still experiencing the issue, please try to update it manually via ftp instead, please follow the instruction in our documentation:Let us know if this helps.
