Hi,
I’ve added a new menu item to my secondary menu: What clients say.
I see it both on my English and Dutch homepage on desktop & iPad. Unfortunately I don’t see it in the hamburger menu of my Dutch homepage via my mobile phone. I do see it in the hamburger menu on my English page.I can’t find where it goes wrong. Could you please help me with that?

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.5.7) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

Are you asking if updating the theme works on bilingual sites? If so then the answer is yes.

I can see the burger menu in Safari on my phone in English and Dutch versions.

Thank you for your email. Yes, the hamburger menu is not the problem. It’s about 1 item of the menu:
– What clients say (English website)
– Wat cliënten zeggen (Dutch website)I see this item in the English hamburger menu, but unfortunately not in my Dutch hamburger menu.
I do see the menu items when I open my website on a Mac or iPad. The only problem is on a mobile phone.Thanks.

Thank you for clarifying.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I am seeing the menu item on mobile but it has the class “hide-on-mobile menu-item-3475 av-active-burger-items” and so it is hidden on mobile. Did you set it to be hidden on mobile?

That’s the same for the English menu, so that shouldn’t be the problem.

Thanks for the update.
Did you add the “Wat cliënten zeggen” in the main menu? It has to be added there. It’s currently not included in the main menu. We’d like to check it but the login token has already expired.
