Live site is at https://www.mnfieldtriplibrary.org/ running Enfold Version: 3.5.4 and Enfold Child Version: 1.0

    Staging site: http://skillful-jargon.flywheelsites.com/
We installed a new version of Enfold today (Version: 4.4.1).

Site displays correctly with Enfold active, but does not when selecting Child Theme as active.

    Error message:
    This page isn’t working
skillful-jargon.flywheelsites.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

What should I look for to remedy this problem?

    Thanks,
    Ben Wilson

    Hi,

Thanks for the info, what happens if you remove header.php or copy the file from the parent?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Rikard:

That worked. I now have access to through the child theme.

Can we simply export settings from Enfold Parent, and import them into the child theme, as we have already done some customizing in the Enfold parent theme?

    and Thanks for the help,
    Ben
