Negative Margins on Slider Infront of Elements

We have an issue where we have an Easy Slider inside a 1/1 column within a color section. We’ve added a negative margin of 100PX in order to have the slider appear between the first and second color section.

However, when we add a negative margin to the column, the slider appears behind the 2nd color section. We can’t seem to force it to be at the very front all color sections.

I think this is an issue with Z Indexing, but I can’t seem to figure it out. I know that if I add a negative margin to the top section, the slider works as it is intended, but with a negative margin on the bottom, it goes behind the color section. How can I force it to be at the front always?
