Hi Kriesi,
I run a marketing agency and I’d like to upgrade my client’s website at http://www.destinyseniorcare.com. We now have Enfold version 3.8. My client cannot find the username or password to her account, nor any Themeforest account number. I can send a screenshot of the Enfold theme on the admin panel to show you that we have it.
Would we be able to download your latest theme so we can continue using Enfold?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you client doesn’t have access to the theme files or a Themeforest account, then they need to get that either by finding the details, or purchasing a new license. We can’t be responsible for neglect in forgetting details and so on.
Once they have access to the theme files then the theme has to be updated manually, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
