Gday Enfold support
I have made a video of the issue I am having with the ALB editor on one particular page. There may be a similar problem on other pages, but I have been able to use the ALB on the other pages to date. There was one similar issue but was resolved by whitelisting a WordFence background request. However, even with all plugins off, the issue persists.
I have added a video screencast of the issue in the private section.
At time of writing, I am using the latest WP, latest Enfold, I have turned all plugins off for testing, emptied the functions file except for the debug code, and still have the issue.
Thanks for any help you can provide me.
cheers

I created a private testing page and was deleting sections one by one and found out it is unordered list that is forbidden. Text Block element’s preview does not render it as well and when it is deleted from debugging field, ALB loads fine.
I am not really sure why that happens but I thought maybe pointing out the element gives you a clue?Regards,
YigitNovember 3, 2020 at 2:24 pm #1258000Brilliant, thanks for your prompt response Yigit!
So does that mean there is a bug that goes into the list for Enfold updates? and in the meantime there is no way to use an unordered list? I can simulate such a list, but would be keen to use the semantic unordered list html.
cheers
DarrylNovember 3, 2020 at 4:11 pm #1258045Hi,
It works totally fine on my local installation so this seems to be related to either WordFence or mod security rules you might have on your server. I noticed it throws 403 error whenever I insert that unordered list to Text Block element.
So far I only have findings and no solution. I will ask my teammates for help :)
Best regards,
YigitNovember 3, 2020 at 10:49 pm #1258147Thanks for explaining that Yigit, I would never have known the way to troubleshoot that further. The problem occurs when WordFence is inactive so I’ll speak to the host about the mod security rules and see what can be done. Thanks for your help with this Yigit, much appreciated.
November 4, 2020 at 6:12 pm #1258374Hi itchybrain,
The word include seems to be causing the issue as explained in the documentation:
– https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly (check Troubleshoot: Text Block element not loading)Best regards,
