    Hi,

    We developed our website on Enfold theme 4.6.1. However, since the child theme did not come with the theme, the previous development team made some changes to the theme files itself. Now we want to upgrade the theme, but do not have logs of the changes we made. Would it be possible for you to share the Enfold theme 4.6.1 version so we can compare and find the differences? Also, can you provide the child theme so we do not face this issue in next update?

    Hey Priyanka,

    A child theme can be created from scratch in under 5 minutes, or downloaded from here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/. Maybe your development team didn’t know how to install a child theme?

    Hi Riard,

    Yes I can download the child theme. The development was done by another team. But I created a ticket here because Yigit on themeforest support suggested I do that so I you can update the support account with my email ID. As you can check on the thread here:

    Can you please help me with the following:

    • Send me Enfold theme 4.6.1 version?.
    • Give me access to your support by removing the previous email ID associated with our purchase code?

    My message on Themeforest:

    Hi Yigit,
    I tried registering with the purchase code, but it says “SORRY, BUT THAT ITEM PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. PLEASE LOGIN TO THAT ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE CODE.”. This is because someone else developed the site and must have registered on support with their ID. can you delete/disassociate that account with our purchase code so I can register?
