The download functionin Evato themeforest downloas filename: themeforest-341fVfcf-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip.

Please verify this is the current version.

Also, please confirm the existing formatted pages will survive delete the existing enfold theme version and will be restored when the current enfold theme version is installed.

    Thanks

Just showed my wife how to download the theme and a new version appeared (themeforest-4nw7UdhS-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip).

I is this the correct version and will the configured webpages survive the theme delete and replacement process (See above comment).

    Thanks

    Keith

I highly recommend you to backup.
You can change the folder “enfold” (or whatever in the ftp) name to “enfold_backup” for example and it acts like you deleted it.
THen upload new files/folder and check.
P.S: this is not the best way for a backup. A full backup including DB would be better.

    Hi Keith,

The version which you download from Envato/Themeforest is alway the latest version. You can verify that if you open up style.css for example.

As for update then I would recommend that you create a backup of your site before you perform the update, like recommended by @GizmakSanayi.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
