    I updated Enfold to the latest version and now it is producing a fatal error. Please find the link to my website in private content as well as username and password for backend access.

    Here is the fatal error. I have replaced my website name with (username) for the sake of discretion.

    Hey mosaic,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

    Hi, my website has been down for a long time so I’ve had to revert to a backup for now whilst I wait for you. As soon as I update Enfold the website breaks and I get the fatal error message. I’ve tried manually updating / replacing the files but I still get the same issue.

    Hi mosaic,

    Thank you. Please reomve all the theme files from the root folder. They should only be in the wp-content/themes.

    Which version of php are you running? Please update php to php7.4 and see if the issue gets resolved. If not, I will try to overwrite the theme over FTP.
