    Hello,

    I’ve had this issue with this site for months, but just dealt with it until now.

    My preview function does not consistently reflect new, immediate changes, or it works intermittently. It shows old images, doesn’t show new rows, etc. so it is very hard for me to test out new ideas.

    When I click ‘update’ I can see the changes on the live site immediately, but the preview function still does not match. I’d rather not ‘update’ every time I have a prospective change, in case it’s a bad one! I’ve spoke with my hosting/server company, and they were able to recreate the issue (they saw my live site vs. the preview page discrepancy), but had no idea how to resolve the issue. I am hoping you can help! I have put specific web pages and credentials below.

    Hey michaeldgilbert,

    What happens if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options? Also please consider updating to the latest version of the theme (4.5.7): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    I completed the 4.5.7 update today, but the issue remains with the preview. I tried both Block Editor and Classic Editor. What should I try next? Thank you for your time!

    I am experiencing the exact same issue right now on another site I’m building. Preview showing old versions, won’t show new. I have attached my credentials. Help!

    Update: Now it won’t even load the whole page, just the first section.

    Hi,

    Is that happening on the page in private? I’ll ask again for you to try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page or the theme options.

    Unfortunately, Classic Editor didn’t do anything.

    Things have gotten worse, a new problem has arisen with the Preview vs Live. Now a 3rd Enfold website that I am building is having discrepancies between the preview and live version. Except with this one, the live is totally wrong and the preview is correct :( I have attached those credentials as well.

    This is extremely frustrating because this is the 3rd Enfold site I’ve had ‘break’ in the past 3 days (Jun 26-Jun 28). Those other sites are still having the same issues I previously mentioned. I can send screenshots if needed. Please help.

    Edit: To be clear, not frustrated with the mods, they’ve been great on these support forums, just at the situation

    I changed over to Safari, and ww.coun…lbert.com’s preview is working perfectly! I tried http://www.cluem…ooms.com in Safari, but no luck. Both had block editor. Wanted to keep you updated as much as possible. Thank you and have a good day

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    I tested the Gilb…Rooms.com, turning off each plug-in one at a time – no luck.

    As far as updating the theme, I’m updated to 4.5.7, which it is saying is up-to-date. I also have WordPress 5.2.2., which it is saying is up-to-date.
