    Hello, I am using your Theme for a long time with no updates… I see you have a newer version and thinking to update my website. Please advise me if it is works and let me know if it will be available for free.

    Hey Aleksandrs,

    The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Thank you for your reply.
    Can you please advise with one more issue. I have find out that I have a registration on Kriesi with email (Email address hidden if logged out) , but currently I haven’t access to this email. Can I change it to (Email address hidden if logged out) ?

    Hey,

    Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme.
    Then you can update the theme by referring to Rikard’s post above :)

    Hey, unfortunately, there are no KRIESI theme available in downloads anymore… Actually, I was not checking Themeforest for few years, can it be possible it was deleted from my list? Maybe it is available to send the theme (or link) to (Email address hidden if logged out) ? we need the theme actually for our web site: http://www.sibirica.de

    Hi,

    Themes are not deleted from your account. Since they come with lifetime update, they should be always available. If you are sure that you are using the correct account, please contact Envato support and ask them about it.

    Due to our agreement with Envato, we are not able to send you a copy however if you can send us a copy of your license in private content field and WP admin and FTP logins, we can update the theme for you :)
    Even in that case, please contact Envato support because you would not be able to receive future updates :)
