Hey guys,
I have the same problem on multiple pages on my website.
It looks like something has crashed since a lot of elements are completely out of place and are displayed randomly.
See yourself:https://www.restube.com/de/business/
https://www.restube.com/de/business/produktschulung/I feel like it has something to do with the video element (which also stopped working, only showing a black screen) since this only happens on pages with video elements. As soon as I remove the video elements from a page, its displayed properly again.
Thanks for your help,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,

I’ve uploaded the Update via FTP according to the instructions. However, checking the page source this shows:
Theme: Enfold
Version: 4.5.2So I guess the updated hasn’t gone through. Is there anything I can/have to do?
Thank you

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

October 23, 2020 at 8:26 am #1255183Hi Dennis,
Thanks for that. I can’t see the new version of the theme on your site, please share FTP details in private so that we can upload it for you. Also verify that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong during the update.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 23, 2020 at 10:36 am #1255208okay, thank you very much. I’ve just made a backup, you good to go. See details below
October 25, 2020 at 5:34 am #1255451Hi,
Thanks for that. I uploaded the latest version of the theme, but it’s not appearing on your site, so I must have uploaded it to the wrong installation. I tried the WordPress installation which is located in the root of your FTP account, do you know which folder contains the installation which your site is using?
Best regards,
Rikard -
