    Hello,

    I have spent two weeks searching as I have had time your forums on how to get my MP4 video to work on Saffari and IE

    I have a MP4 that is setup to play in the background of a color section, the sound has been taken out of the video and it has been compressed for web. If we can’t get the video to play in the background on those two specific browsers, I am 100% content setting an image to display on those specific browsers. I just don’t see any option to force that.

    The link to the page that this video is on, is posted below.

    Hey Arlie_Francis,

    There is an issue which is been solved on our next version and it is published in a day or two.
    If you cant wait until the fix of it you can replace the code here
    https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_2_1/functions.php

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hey Ben, The update fixed my issue. I can upload the video to my server and set it as a background – it plays on Safari :-)

    Hi Arlie_Francis,

    Glad that the update fixed the issue on your site and thanks for confirming the fix :)

    @BenWorx
    : can you try to update it to the latest version of Enfold, make sure to backup first before updating :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    @Nikko,

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    Everything was already updated to the last version. Can it be that my child-theme is outdated?

    Best, Ben

    Hi Ben,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    #top .mejs-container {
        max-height: 100% !important;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard
