    Hi our current site is running an custom theme. We have a new site on staging
    with Enfold and want to apply some of that functionality from the current site to
    the new one. Is this possible without re-writing everything from scratch?
    Can we import some of the .php that is driving the display metadata?

    Hey Leah,

    That is very difficult to say, it really depends on what’s in your code. Did you simply try to drop your code in to see what happens?

    Hi Rikard, How do I put .php into enfold? Where do I drop it in? It’s page specific right now. Perhaps
    I should use a template plug-in? If so what do you recommend? Thank you. Leah

    Hi,

    Ok, so the code is in separate php files or functions? If they are functions then you can try to place them in functions.php in your child theme for instance.
