Hi – I can’t seem to fix the error:
We need a lightbox to show the modal popup. Please enable the built in lightbox in Theme Options Tab or include your own modal window plugin.\n\nYou need to connect this plugin in JavaScript with callback wrapper functions – see avia_cookie_consent_modal_callback in file enfold\js\avia-snippet-cookieconsent.jsThis is when using the cookie consent pop-up
October 19, 2020 at 4:21 pm #1254061Hi Tallnick,
I can’t seem to find where the error appears, I checked both in frontend and backend and I might have missed it.
Also, the PHP version used is still PHP 7.1, please update to PHP 7.3.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 19, 2020 at 4:24 pm #1254064If you click on setting on the cookie notice, the error box appears

October 21, 2020 at 4:22 am #1254522Hi,
Thanks for the update. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you update WordPress to the latest version, and update your PHP version to 7.2 or higher.
Best regards,
RikardOctober 21, 2020 at 3:35 pm #1254679Everything is up-to-date and the problem still occurs.
October 21, 2020 at 4:01 pm #1254687Hi Tallnick,
The problem seems to be coming from your child theme’s header.php.
Some options/variables set in the header.php are not present in the tweaked header.php.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 21, 2020 at 6:04 pm #1254732We have disabled the child theme header, it should use the parent but the problem persists.
Thanks
October 21, 2020 at 6:48 pm #1254748Hi Tallnick,
I see, I have checked again and found in Enfold Theme Options that Lightbox Modal Window was disabled.
After enabling it, it seems to work properly.
Let us know if you need further assistance.Best regards,
Nikko -
