    Hello guys,

    I have a problem viewing my website on mobile devices and it occurs variously on iOS and Android. Please see the images below:
    on iOS:
    I can’t see the photos of the clients:

    on Android it seems fine:

    for the videos, both are having the same problem:

    What code do I have to implement in order to get these things work properly?

    Hey FelixB!

    Please make sure that you are not using special characters in your file names. Please use “a” instead of “á” for example

    Thanks so much for your reply. However I don’t understand which filename should be observed. The images don’t use any special characters and neither the videos. I thought it is because of some plugins that cause the trouble, no?

    Hi,

    I checked your site on iphone6/chrome but I couldn’t see any broken images. Could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for your concern regarding this issue. I’ve tried it many times already but the error still persists. It seems normal at the first sight though, but it isn’t.

    I hope you can help me further.

    Hi,

    Did you set a fallback image to the section with the video background? Videos set as background are disabled on mobile devices so you have to add a static image.
