    Hi,

I’ve added a search box as the last menu item on the mobile menu. The search box function works, but the links to the results aren’t working as expected. I have to press a hold the search result and then open the link in a new mobile tab. Is that how it’s supposed to work? Is there any way to get it to open in the same mobile window when clicked? Also, the ‘view all results’ doesn’t appear to work. What am I missing here.

    Appreciate your help.

    Hi GWS,

Search is hidden on my mobile and in the browser emulator, the links are working. Do you mean they are not clickable on mobile?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Where do you see that search is hidden on mobile? We have the search box at the bottom of the mobile menu. The search works. But, yes, I do mean the results are not clickable. Not sure why they aren’t clickable. See private content for link to view a screenshot. Thanks.

Hi, Victoria. Have you had a chance to look again at the mobile menu search results problem we are having?

Yes, the search is in the mobile menu not in the header. Can you please tell me why the search results aren’t opening when clicked?

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the delay.

I checked your site on my android phone and on the desktop chrome browser. On both the device I did not find any issue with the search element. When I insert a search term I can see the ajax results and when I click the search icon it takes me to the search result page. Everything works as intended on my end.

If you still have any issue please mention the device and browser info along with a screenshot please.

    Best regards,
    Vinay
