I’ve looked tor the performance options as per this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mobile-menu-not-working-after-the-latest-update-2/ but cant find it.
Can you please advise?May 15, 2020 at 9:07 pm #1213452Hey gwalker,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 18, 2020 at 5:32 pm #1214077I have installed 4.7.4 and am still having the same issue.
One thing I have discovered is if I visit /contact the menu works.
I also tested /about however it didn’t work on that page.
Can you suggest anything else to get this working?May 23, 2020 at 2:30 pm #1215467Hi gwalker,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

VictoriaJuly 6, 2020 at 2:41 pm #1228300Hi Victoria,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you.
I’ve found the issue is with the Really Simple SSL.I don’t understand why this wasn’t an issue before.
Can you suggest anything I can try?Edit: I’ve narrowed it down to mixed content fixer option of the Really Simple SSL plugin.
Not sure why one page works and other doesn’t however.Regards,
Graham-

July 7, 2020 at 10:18 am #1228525Hi Graham,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why you would need the SSL plugin, could you try deactivating that to see if it’s actually needed? Also please update to the latest version of the theme, I see that you haven’t added a token at the backend. Please follow this in order to generate a token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. Also please consider updating your PHP version to 7.2 or higher.

RikardJuly 7, 2020 at 3:32 pm #1228616Hi Rikard,
I have tried disabling the plugin and it stops the padlock from showing in the address bar.
The token in now in place and I’m showing as version 4.7.4 and PHP version 7.0.33Regards,
GrahamJuly 8, 2020 at 8:26 am #1228791Hi Graham,
The update will show up if you click to check manually under Enfold->Theme Update. The PHP version can be changed with your hosting provider.
If the SSL plugin is causing the problems on your site then it’s better to not use it and to fix whatever is not loading over https. Can we deactivate it to see what is not loading over https?

RikardJuly 8, 2020 at 3:03 pm #1228886Sure, I’ve updated to 4.7.5 and it’s still not working.
I have disabled the plugin, I’m just confused why it’s working fine on other pages.
I don’t know if I can get everything loading via https.July 9, 2020 at 6:31 am #1229062Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked the mobile menu on your about and contact pages, and it’s working fine there. It’s not working on the front page though, and I think it might be due to the script you are using in the sidebar widget there. It seems to be conflicting with the theme jQuery. Could you try to remove the code temporarily from the sidebar to see if my suspicions are correct please?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 10, 2020 at 3:11 pm #1229431Ahh, that’s done it, I didn’t think i had that widget active anymore.
Thanks for your help SSL plugin is working fine now.July 11, 2020 at 1:57 pm #1229592 -
