Hi there!
I have a problem regarding my mobile menu. Once it’s open, it is not possible to scroll down on mobile. Therefore, most items are not accessible.
I look forward for your answer.
Thanks!
May 25, 2017 at 3:38 pm #799599Hey Kaylynne,
I’ve tried accessing your website through my mobile phone, and it works okay. Please remember that the mobile menu must be closed by tapping the X button, before you can go back to scrolling the website.
What phone are you using? Can you send us a screenshot of that you’re seeing?
Best regards,
SarahMay 25, 2017 at 3:51 pm #799616The menu is displayed, however we cannot see all items available in the menu. There are many other items that we cannot see underneath “témoignages”. The page scrolls just fine, the issue is really with the mobile menu that is not scrollable (but only on the homepage, for some weird reason).
Here is a screenshot from my phone. I cannot go beneath the “témoignages” item, but there are many other items underneath it.
I am using an iPhone SE.
Thanks!
May 26, 2017 at 11:59 am #800097Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Also remove any customizations you’ve done, to check if one is causing this issue (custom code etc.).
If that doesn’t help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyMay 26, 2017 at 4:38 pm #800237Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. I tried erasing all custom CSS and deactivating all plugins but the issue remains. I am currently making a backup of my files and I will try deleting completely Enfold and installing it again via FTP. I will let you know it that works.
Thanks!

I haven’t had time to update my theme files yet, but I find this very reassuring! However, I still have the issue on my iPhone SE. I will let you know if the theme re-install does the trick. Thanks for the follow up!May 28, 2017 at 5:13 am #800700Hi,
Let us know how it goes! We’ll keep this thread open.

SarahJune 7, 2017 at 7:32 pm #805243Hi again!
I tried manually deleting the theme files from my server and uploading the theme via FTP but it did not fix the mobile menu issue on iPhone.
We can scroll down the mobile menu on all pages EXCEPT the homepage. I tried every thing suggested above, but nothing seems to work.
You will find my login credentials in the private content section, below.
Let me know if there is anything else I can try on my end.
Thanks a lot!

I can’t recreate the issue, I’m able to scroll the menu with Chrome & Firefox on Android on the home page.Best regards,
MikeJune 12, 2017 at 5:01 pm #806958Hi,
The issue is on iPhone when using Safari. Furthermore, the problem is only on the homepage: everywhere else the mobile menu works perfectly.
This is really annoying :(
Lets me know if you need more information.
Thanks,
June 12, 2017 at 7:40 pm #807036Hi,
I`ve checked your site on my iPhone and the problem was solved adding this custom CSS code:
#wrap_all { height: auto !important; overflow: scroll !important; }
Best regards,
John TorvikJune 13, 2017 at 4:42 pm #807564YESSS!!! Everything works perfectly now. Thanks a lot for your great support! :)
