    Hey simplicityltd,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,

Thats odd, not sure why that would be, I’ve not added the security plugins yet?
Could you try again please and let me know if you still have the same issue?

    Cheers

    Hi,

We still could not access the login page using the default login URL. Did you change it to something else? Please disable the plugins temporarily or post the FTP details in the private field so that we could check the site properly.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I’ve narrowed down the issue; its whenever I try to change the menu being used for mobile. I’ve tried two different menus but no items come on them. I thought maybe everything was the same colour so I couldn’t see the words but changing the colours in the advanced styling didn’t work either, the only colour that had any effect was the background colour.
I’ve got the main menu on there as a temporary solution but I need to do a mobile menu.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

The items inside the mobile menu are now displaying properly. Did you figure out the issue? Which plugin are you using to switch to a different menu on mobile? It is possible that the plugin is not compatible with the theme.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I know there is a menu there at the moment, I mentioned that in my last message, that’s the main one, but it’s styled for the desktop, not mobile. I’m only using it for now because nothing else is working.

I’m not using any plugin? It’s a setting in Enfold that allows you to use a different menu for mobiles? I’ve created a second menu but whenever I use anything other than the main one, nothing shows up.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. The alternate mobile menu functionality broke under WordPress 5.6, and we haven’t found a solution for that as of yet. Could you try rolling back WordPress to 5.5.3 please? It should be working in that version.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
We are working on the issue and will release a patch soon.
In the meantime, please install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and in plugin settings set jQuery Version to “Legacy 1.12.4-wp”.

    Regards,
    Yigit
