Hello Enfold helpdesk,
I’ve many Enfold licences. In the beginning a was not quite organized enough with new registratiens and the matching API key.
So now I wonder if that is a problem. Can I use the license key for one other site, if I delete it from the first site? So move the license?I’ve noticed that some Enfold sites are getting updates indications and others don’t. All at the same hosting/provider.
Now I’m more secure with organizing the numbers…….

Envato updated their API, therefore we needed to adjust auto updater function in Enfold files.
It currently works fine but since updated code is in Enfold 4.5, manual update would be necessary, either via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp or alternatively, you can install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/, download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and theme will be updated.
Now you are going to need to generate a personal token to insert in Enfold theme options – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#what-is-an-envato-personal-token. Since you can adjust permissions on tokens separately, we would recommend you to generate a new personal token for each site.
Also, our devs suspect that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests. If that happens to be the case, please try validating your personal token in incognito mode – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

I followed the instruction.
But it gives a error:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.———————————
I’ve just placed back the old version.
I am a bit worried, have 12 more Enfold updates to go, for several clients. And tomorro I want to sell it to a customer..

I finally fixed it! My oh my…… Enfold did not make it easy for the users this time!
I hope that I also be able to fix the other 12 sites….

Yes Basilis, it sure was a tough one this time. It would have helped if there were proper instructions, may be a video to help us through this item. It’s necessary to take the right route from A to B.
