    We had a ticket open here

    We changed hosting and it resolved the issue, but now the issue has recurred, hence we are no longer able to view images from our mobile phones…

    I have disabled all plugins and provide access below, thanks


    Any response available?


    Hi, we are awaiting some support on this issue.. To manage expectations, how long should we wait and if no response, should we open a new ticket? thanks

    Please contact the hosting provider, if it fixed once from hosting then the issue is there

    I cannot move webhost each time this happens… This has occurred with 2 seperate web hosts..
    As a test I moved the site now to a new ‘host’ by creating a staging site.. I pulled the files and database over but It did not fix the issue..
    So it is not a web host issue..

    What else could the issue be with this enfold gym template?



    I am seeing images on my mobile. Is the issue resolved?
