Hi,
the heading ( that was always shown in the past ) above the Partner/Logo element now is missing. Even if I try it with a new element it isn’t shown.
Any Idea how to fix it?best regards

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

There is no heading option for the partner/logo element by default. You can only add a caption but it’s not going to display above the images. How did you add those headings before?

Please remove the code below from Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS

I’m sorry for the late response. The login token has expired. Please create another with a longer expiry. Did you remove the css code that we mentioned?

I put the Heading MANUALLY on top of the Logos like here mentioned
I want to use the heading from the Partner Element. Like it looks now. For Example “Sponsor Gold”

Can you please give us the credentials, not the link with the token? The link just loads the home page and not logged in.
